Eternal Good News began in 1991 as an English-language shortwave radio broadcast ministry by Germaine Lockwood. Germaine continued this program until his death in 2004 after which George Bryan became the speaker.

For nearly 25 years, Eternal Good News was broadcast several times a week by various radio stations.

In 2016, Eternal Good News moved to an internet-based ministry. George Bryan continues to record sermons, which are available for streaming and download.

These sermons are currently broadcast on 95.7 FM KYBE and AM 1570 KTAT out of Frederick, OK on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am.
